▘What are the payment methods?
The form of payment that I accept is through Paypal.
▘Where can I see the price of your illustrations?
The price will appear in the "Price List" section. Each type of illustration will be accompanied by it's price in Euros. Payment will always be made in Euros.
▘How will the payment be made?
I only accept single payment in advance.
Once I have accepted your commission I'll send you the payment through Paypal invoices to avoid erroneous transactions.
▘How much time do I have to make the payment?
You have 48 working hours to make the payment. In case of passing the date and not receiving the payment I will cancel the order and the client will lose his position in the list. When the payment is confirmed, the order will appear on the "Waiting list".
PAYMENTS
▘In what format do you make your illustrations?
The delivery format of the illustration will be in digital format, specifically PNG (Not in printed format).
▘Do you show images of the process?
When I'll have ready the sketch of the illustration I will show a capture to receive the approval of the client in case of needing some retouching or modification. Once the sketch is confirmed, I will start working on it.
▘By what means will I receive my illustration?
The image will be sent in high resolution by e-mail, it will be signed with my watermark as it appears in my illustrations.
▘What happens if I'm only interested in ordering the Lineart of an illustration?
There is not problem in it, but it has some requirements to meet.
The price of the Lineart will be 70% of the total of the illustration and you must promote me with my social networks when you go to expose the illustration.
▘I don't want you to publish the illustration on your social networks
If for whatever reason you don't want your illustration to be published, you will have to pay a small cost of 5€, since if I cannot show my progress I will not be able to reach more people.
If the illustration is a gift and should be published on a specific day, let me know. This will have no cost.
▘I have changed my mind and I need to make some changes in the commission.
If I finished the illustration I can make some small changes in the colors or add small details.
▘If I have any doubt about your illustration and I don't receive an answer...
If I'm working on the assignment that you have made me and I have some doubt about it and I see that I don't get an answer, I will postpone this assignment and give priority to others.
▘The new illustrations look different from the old ones.
My style is changing and evolving as time passes, they are not very drastic changes but it is something that I can not avoid and that I feel should be like this for the satisfaction of my clients. The ideal is to improve it little by little to improve the quality of my illustrations.
▘Is there a style you don't draw?
Yes, in relation to it I leave a list of what I do, what I don't do and what I could do. When in doubt consult me first.

Rights of the artist
Rights over the illustration carried out as:
▘I reserve the right to increase the price if an illustration contains many details.
▘I reserve the right to cancel any assignment for personal reasons or for misconduct.
▘Don't ask me to imitate the style of other artists (unless you have a very characteristic drawing like Dragonball).
▘I reserve the right to cancel your illustration if I can not do what you ask me to do.
▘I will be as faithful as possible to the references you send me. Colors may vary slightly due to the configuration of the screens.
▘Upload it to my networks always with credit to the owner.
▘As a promotion, etc.
Rights of the client
▘Send the illustration back to other networks, non-profit and always giving me credit.
▘Merchandising printing for personal use.
▘Use it as a decoration for social networks for personal use.
Is prohibited
▘Modify, copy or trace my illustrations without my consent.
▘Use such illustrations for profit.
▘Delete / modify the signature or watermark.
▘Claim the drawing as yours / that you have done it.
RIGHTS
▘Do all your illustrations include background?
In the prices it is informed if the illustration includes a fund or not.
▘Is it mandatory to add it?
The background isn't mandatory, don't hesitate to inform me if you want your illustration not to take it.
▘How is a simple background?
Simple backgrounds are geometric shapes with colors, planes / gradients or textures.
▘What happens if I want a more complex background?
If you want a more detailed or complex background, the price will increase depending on the difficulty.
BACKGROUND
▘How long will I have to wait to receive my illustration?
The estimated waiting time per illustration is from a month aproximately, depending on the type of drawing, details, etc.
▘How will I know you are working on my homework?
Once I receive the payment, the illustration will appear in the waiting list. There I will inform you in detail about the processes of your illustration.
If there are other orders before yours, the waiting time will increase.
▘How much would be the maximum waiting time for an illustration?
I work on several illustrations at the same time to move quickly. If a mishap occurs for which I have to delay orders, I will inform you in my social networks and by private message.
The estimated time will vary according to the type of illustration and the waiting list, but will not exceed 2 months.
▘I need to place an order for a specific date, what should I do?
If you need the illustration to be ready by a certain date, inform me in advance (in the form I ask about this). The price will increase x2 giving priority to other orders.
I will not accept commissions from people who want the illustration for the next day. Depending on the illustration and its difficulty, I will need a minimum of days.
WAIT TIME
▘Do you make Refunds / Returns?
100% refund of payment provided I haven't started working on the illustration. Once I start, I will only reimburse 50%. If the illustration process reaches the last state, I will not accept returns.
▘I want to cancel my order
In case you want to cancel a commission in which I started working (regardless of it condition), you will lose the right to receive the illustration even if it was almost finished.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
▘What does "commercial use" mean?
It's that use of the object that generates its own benefit, be it monetary, promotional, etc.
▘What is not "commercial use"?
It will not be commercial use if you use your illustration for non-profit purposes as merchandising for personal use. For example a poster, as a wallpaper or on your social networks, etc.
▘How much will the price be for "commercial use"?
The price will be x2 of the total illustration. The watermark will disappear.
